A nutritious, well-balanced breakfast, lunch and two snacks are provided daily and are included in our tuition. Menus are approved by the State Health Dept. and the Child and Adult Care Food Program. (CACFP) Meals are balanced to supply the proper amount of nutrients from each food group in the serving sizes required for young children. Children are encouraged to try all food and drinks but they are never forced to eat or drink anything. We try to make meal times a relaxed time for the children by having meal time conversations just as you might at home. If your child has any special dietary needs please communicate this with us upon enrollment.
Please note: Neither teachers or parents are allowed to bring home baked foods to the center to serve children. Any birthday or holiday treat needs to commercially baked. Parents are not allowed to provide any drinks because we are required to only serve the children milk or 100% juice. Water is served to children many times during the day and upon their request if they are thirsty.
